3. Products We Sell
MSKEYHUB LTD offers digital license keys for a range of software and services, including but not limited to:

All Product listings on the Site will include a short description of the item, applicable license terms, and any region or edition restrictions. It is your responsibility to review the listing before purchase.
4. Orders, Delivery & Activation
When you place an Order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. After successful payment, digital license keys will be delivered electronically (for example, displayed on-screen and/or sent to your email address). Delivery times are typically immediate or within a short period; however, delivery time may vary depending on payment verification and other factors.
Activation: You are responsible for activating and using the license key in accordance with the product vendor’s rules. MSKEYHUB LTD is not the software vendor and does not control vendor activation servers or policies.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice. All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site.
6. Refunds & Returns
Because Products are digital license keys delivered electronically, they are generally non-refundable once delivered and used. We may offer refunds or replacements in limited circumstances, for example:
- If a key is defective or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- If an incorrect key was delivered through our error;
- Where consumer protection law requires a refund.
To request a refund or replacement, contact contact@ms-keyhub.com with your Order details. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. License & Use
When you purchase a Product you receive a license to use the corresponding software in accordance with the software vendor’s end-user license agreement (EULA). You must comply with the vendor’s EULA and any regional restrictions. MSKEYHUB LTD grants no additional rights beyond what the vendor permits.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software) is owned or licensed by MSKEYHUB LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content except as permitted by these Terms.
9. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses
By using the Site and purchasing Products you agree not to:
- Use license keys obtained from us for illegal purposes or in violation of the vendor’s EULA;
- Attempt to resell, distribute, or transfer keys in ways that breach our Terms or the vendor’s rules without our express permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers/networks connected to the Site;
- Use the Site to engage in any fraudulent activity.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MSKEYHUB LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE SITE OR DELIVERY OF KEYS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MSKEYHUB LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MSKEYHUB LTD, its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
