Once payment is confirmed, an invoice and digital key will be sent to your registered email address.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our Site are in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price in effect at the time of checkout.

5. Taxes & Duties

6. Order Confirmation

After completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase and providing your license key(s). Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the confirmation within a few minutes.

7. Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (license keys for software such as MS Office, Windows, QuickBooks, TurboTax, Norton, McAfee, ESET, and Kaspersky), all sales are final once the key is delivered and activated.

Refunds are only issued in cases of technical errors, duplicate payments, or if the delivered product cannot be activated and a replacement is unavailable.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and include proof of issue (e.g., activation error screenshot).

8. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be completed. We recommend verifying your billing details and trying again. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment is received in full.

9. Currency Conversion

Our Site operates primarily in GBP (£). If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply exchange rates or fees beyond our control. Please check with your provider for details.

10. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback after receiving a valid digital product constitutes fraud. We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the payment processor and may result in account termination.
